Questions practices ask
Who is Tandrwst for?
Clinics and private practice in the Kurdistan Region. Doctors and clinic staff work in the
web dashboard; patients book from the mobile app.
Do patients need the app to book?
Yes — booking, rescheduling and cancelling happen in the Tandrwst app for iOS and
Android. The dashboard is for the practice, so a doctor or receptionist can always enter a
booking on a patient's behalf.
Can a practice with several doctors use one account?
Yes. Every doctor consulting under the practice keeps their own hours and visit length,
and the dashboard shows them side by side with this week's load.
What happens when a patient cancels?
The slot goes straight back onto the patient app for someone else to take, and the day on
the dashboard updates at the same moment. Nothing has to be reconciled by hand.
Is patient medical information stored?
No. Tandrwst is a scheduling and coordination platform, not an Electronic Health
Record. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is collected and
what is never permitted.
