Request deletion of your account and data

Tandrwst · tandrwst.enos.krd

This closes your Tandrwst account and removes the data held against it. You will no longer be able to sign in on the app or see your spots.

What is deleted

  • Your profile — name, gender and profile photo
  • Your sign-in identities — email address, phone number, Google or Apple sign-in
  • All active sessions and devices
  • Your membership of any group, and your partner pairings
  • Your spot history and any swap requests you made

What is kept

  • Published schedules keep a record that each spot was covered, without naming you
  • Records we are required to keep for security or audit purposes, such as the deletion request itself

How long it takes

We contact you to confirm the request is yours, then action it within 30 days. Because the form alongside is open to anyone, we never delete anything on the strength of a submission alone.
