Request deletion of your data

Tandrwst · tandrwst.enos.krd

This removes the data held against your Tandrwst account while keeping the account itself, so you can carry on signing in.

What is deleted

  • Your profile photo, and optional profile details
  • Your spot history and any swap requests you made
  • Your partner pairings
  • Sessions on devices other than the one you are using

What is kept

  • Your account and sign-in identity, so you can still sign in
  • Your current group membership and any spots in a month that is already published
  • Records we are required to keep for security or audit purposes, such as the deletion request itself

How long it takes

We contact you to confirm the request is yours, then action it within 30 days. Because the form alongside is open to anyone, we never delete anything on the strength of a submission alone.
